This notice covers the public Team in Place website and its early-access order form. It does not cover a deployed customer workspace, which will require its own service and privacy terms.

Who handles your request

Team in Place is a product being developed by Bill Nakulski. For questions about your information or to request access, correction or deletion, contact bill@rocksolidap.com.

What we collect and why

When you submit the form, we save your name, company, email, rollout choice, team size, optional work interests and notes, contact permission, submission time and reference. We use these details to review and respond to your request, plan a possible rollout and maintain its record. Please do not submit credentials, confidential business records or sensitive personal information.

Storage and access

The website and request database use Cloudflare infrastructure. Authorized administration is required to review submissions; there is no public order directory. Cloudflare processes network information to deliver and protect the service. Our application uses a daily hashed network identifier for abuse limits and removes expired limit entries during subsequent accepted submissions. We do not sell form submissions or use them to train an AI model.

How long information remains

Request records are retained while the request is being evaluated and followed up. You can ask us to delete a request. Before paid service begins, any ongoing retention and contractual requirements will be explained separately.

Cookies and optional marketing

This initial website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Submitting a request permits contact about that request; it does not subscribe you to an unrelated marketing list. Your form details stay on the page if a submission fails and are not saved in browser local storage.

Your choices

You may choose not to submit the form, leave optional fields blank or ask us to stop following up. Do not submit information about others unless you have permission. This service is intended for business inquiries from adults.
